U L T S T R U C T Consulting Structural and Civil Engineers were appointed to provide Professional Services in respect of the design and construction supervision of
the new office and warehouse facility for SA Metal that is situated in Jet Park, Boksburg.
Scope of work involved the following:
•
Warehouse Structure with overhead cranes.
•
(3) Storey concrete frame building for office use.
•
Wash Bay Structure.
•
24m Weight Bridge.
•
External hardstand
•
Storm water retention pond with emergency overflow structure.
•
Paved parking area.
•
Security office.
•
Diesel tank storage & bunding area.
Architect: Greg Katz Architects.
Contractor: Bantry Construction
Engineer: Ian Greyling
